Your 30-day quit challenge answer

Enter your quit date to see exactly which day of the 30-day challenge you are on and how many days remain. Add your old daily usage and cost to turn the challenge into two motivating totals: cigarettes avoided and money kept.

How the 30-day result works

The tracker counts full calendar days from your start date, caps progress at 30 days, and subtracts that number from 30. For example, after 12 full days the challenge is 40% complete with 18 days remaining. At 20 cigarettes and 10 currency units per day, that also represents roughly 240 cigarettes avoided and 120 kept.

Make the challenge easier to finish

Break the month into today-sized steps. Prepare a response for your most common trigger, move the money you would have spent into a separate goal, and use Craving Rescue when an urge hits. This calculator tracks progress; it does not replace professional cessation care.
